Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyTeam Diary, a team productivity application operated by MyTeam Diary ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use MyTeam Diary on behalf of a company or team, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

The service

MyTeam Diary helps teams organise their daily work: habit and task tracking, goal setting, day planning, training funnels, lead and contact follow-up management, team performance views, and related productivity tools. Features may change over time as we improve the product; we will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Organisation administrators are responsible for the members they invite and for the roles and visibility they configure within their organisation.

Subscriptions and payment

• MyTeam Diary is offered on subscription plans (for example monthly, six-monthly, yearly or lifetime plans) as described at the time of purchase.
• Paid plans begin when payment is confirmed. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If a plan is cancelled, access continues until the end of the paid period unless these Terms are breached.
• Free or trial access may be offered at our discretion and may be limited or withdrawn with notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes, or to infringe the rights of others.
• Upload or store content you do not have the right to use, or another person's personal data without a lawful basis.
• Attempt to access another organisation's data, bypass security or access controls, or probe or disrupt the service.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications through the service.
• Copy, resell or commercially exploit the service itself, except as expressly permitted.

Optional device-usage features may only be enabled for a device with the informed consent of the device's user, and it is the account holder's responsibility to obtain that consent.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data and content you enter into MyTeam Diary. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content to you and your organisation in order to operate the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep MyTeam Diary available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via support@getmyteamdiary.com.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page; continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
